Shipping and Returns
I ship my work worldwide.
Once you have confirmed your address with me your delivery costs (incl. insurancecosts) will be calculated based on your delivery location.
Due to the situation in the U.K. terms can change.
My work is securely packaged and insured during delivery.
Delivery time within Europe up to 2 weeks. Due to Covid it may take more time.
Worldwide up to 3 weeks or more.
You will receive a tracking number which will keep you informed of when your drawing will be delivered.
Your drawing will arrive with a hanging system on the back.
All of my drawings are hand-signed by me the artist, this is “Selma Dronkers” on the back of the work.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery receipt if you change your mind about your purchase. Full refunds will only be granted if the artwork is returned in its original condition. Please contact me on firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to process a return.
For shipping the following applies:
1. The product will be shipped as soon as possible after payment has been confirmed.
2. 7 day cooling off period exists during which time the artwork may be returned for any reason, in it's original condition and packaging, and a refund issued. The shipping and insurance costs associated with returning an artwork are the responsibility of the purchaser.
3. Any defects or significant discrepancies between the advertised product and the product received must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
4. If a significant defect or discrepancy is reported within 7 days, I will make all efforts to repair or rectify the issue as necessary. If this is not possible, a full or partial refund will be offered, depending on the issue.
5. If the drawings are damaged in transit, please let me know immediately to arrange collection (at my cost) and repair -if possible- or to arrange for a refund if repairs are not possible.
6. For shipments to destinations outside The Netherlands, the cost of any relevant import duty and taxes shall be borne by the buyer.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 30 days. Shipping To return your product, please send me an email at email@example.com and I will contact you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should use a trackable shipping service and include shipping insurance.
