Today it's International Colorday!
Is this Painted Drawing colorful enough for Int. Colorday?
This is exactly why I post this piece.
The dictionary says about the verb "to color":
To do something which is unconventional.
If Western people think of color, in general
they think of the more bright colors.
In the Western color theory black doesn't exist.
The Chinese painter Yu Fei'an (1889-1957)
wrote about black as five colors:
jiaa, nang, zhong, dan and qing.
The difference in tonal values is more important
than color differences.
What are your thoughts on color?
